About Me

Hi, I’m Chris. I’m a husband, father, and transformation coach. Most of my clients have been financial firms and businesses that operate in highly regulated environments. It turns out, agile operating models are well suited for such organizations, and I enjoy helping leadership and teams navigate toward solutions that work best for them.

Aside from work, I am deeply involved in my local volunteer fire department, which provides me all sorts of insights into how distributed agile teams should really work (hint: it’s sorta messy, but OK!) The family has a dog, Kelsey, who is mostly very good, but sometime Not So Good, but that’s just how it goes.

I love talking and thinking about organizational agility, and how people can really help make a difference on their teams. What I don’t always love is writing about it, though with this blog I’m trying to get more comfortable with that idea.
